My go to for a family dinner on Sunday afternoon. I either brown chuck roasts in a dutch oven and then let them slow roast in the oven all day, or I throw one in the instant pot when I'm in a hurry.
They have a deep beefy flavor and just the right amount of fat to make them taste so good.
