Our heritage breed hogs are raised outside in the most natural environment possible. They are fed a non-GMO grain ration, that is formulated by us, for our hogs. They produce a beautiful, well marbled pork that is a rich, red color and is absolutely delicious.
A half hog is about 55 pounds of meat in your freezer. Bundles include approximately-
2 roasts
16 chops
16 pounds of sausage and/or brats
8 pounds bacon
1 side of ribs
A $150 deposit is required to hold your bundle which will be subtracted from your total at pickup.

A WHOLE HOG IS DOUBLE THE ABOVE. Total cost for a whole bundle is $1,090.
